As the company's social media director, I promote the Multilink brand by posting consistently on their LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts. I also write informative articles for the company, highlighting products as well as general subjects pertaining to our industries and using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to create promotional materials.

Akron Life Magazine is a lifestyle publication that educates readers about different fun activities they can pursue in and around Akron, Ohio, and is where I interned as a writer during the summer of 2018. At Akron Life, I learned to develop ideas for stories, interview sources and conduct research for a physical and digital product. I also did copy editing on my peers' stories to make sure that the grammar and information within were up to Akron Life's standards.

The Burr Magazine is a student-run general interest publication at Kent State that has been the recipient of the Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award and the Ohio Society of Professional Journalists Awards for Best College Feature Writing and Best Non-Fiction Magazine Article. I served as Senior Editor my last semester of my senior year and worked as a contributing writer for seven out of my eight semesters, producing one long-form feature article each semester about a wide range of personal, local and national topics.

During my time there, I wrote articles and served as senior editor for The Burr Magazine, co-hosted a radio show called The Cast of Us on Black Squirrel Radio and served as a cameraman for a show on TV2.
